OPENING NIGHT PARTY – THURSDAY
IDS plays host to the biggest design party of the year. 5,500 industry movers and shakers converge on the IDS show floor for a night of local food, drinks and entertainment. Partygoers will get a sneak preview of the show, as well as the opportunity to bid on a special auction, with proceeds benefitting the ONEXONE children’s foundation. Admittance restricted to ages 19+.
PROFESSIONAL TRADE DAY – FRIDAY
Professional Trade Day presented by Miele is reserved for professional members of the design trade. This day is designed to inspire, educate and expose professionals to the people, products and ideas that are driving design today. Speakers on this day include International Guest of Honour Patrizia Moroso and design star Dror Benshetrit. Pre-registration is now open, with a reduced rate of $10 + HST until January 6, 2014.

Globe Style Saturday will explore the trends that are driving design today, and the impact they have on our homes, neighbourhoods and cities. Saturday’s powerhouse speaker series will feature design luminaries who will share their design ideas and inspirations on the Caesarstone Stage, as well as a line-up of special weekend seminars.

House & Home Sunday will feature Canadian design personalities up close and personal. The House & Home team will return with their special guests, who will speak on the Caesarstone Stage.
